For private individuals (both Swedish and non-Swedish) a 25% VAT will be charged.
VAT is not charged for Swedish governmental organizations.
Access to educational scientific events such as conferences and seminars will not be charged with Swedish VAT if the participation fee is paid by a non-Swedish company/authority/organization. NOTE! Valid VAT number must be specified for EU-members.
You will be asked during registration to choose the type of organisation you are representing, as follows:
If you plan to pay with your personal credit card, and will be reimbursed by your employer, then choose the type of organisation that will be ultimately paying for your registration, as you are not considered to be a private citizen registrant.
